Update: Shop owner reached out and was very apologetic and kind in refunding my purchase. I truly appreciate her quick response and for consideration that this was a bday gift. Thank you!

This was packed in a bag and therefore, ended up stuffed/twisted/shoved into my tiny mailbox which resulted in me fighting to get it out of the box. The bag got ripped but luckily didn’t damage the pillow. It was a crinkled/twisted mess. I put in dryer with no heat to fluff but still wonky and fabric itself wrinkled. I’m going to try to steam cover to get out wrinkles. I think this should’ve been packaged with more care as well as the mail carrier is responsible for how the pillow ultimately arrived. This is a bday gift as well. I think I can salvage but very disappointed.
