Ordering & Production
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Please note: processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order—we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
After processing, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Shipping times may be longer during holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time—we currently only ship within the U.S.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Will my items ship together?
Because I work with multiple production partners, some items may ship separately. If you order multiple products, you may receive more than one package.
Products & Customization
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Some products offer personalization—these options will be shown on the product listing. If you have a special request, feel free to message me!
Are the colors exactly as shown in the pictures?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process, but I strive to match the design as closely as possible.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
Some product blanks—like canvas tote bags (made in Pakistan) and glass ornaments (sourced from China)—are imported to ensure quality and consistency. All items are professionally printed and shipped within the U.S. using trusted production partners. Woven blankets are both woven and fulfilled in the USA.
How are items packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Items are packed and shipped directly from fulfillment centers, so packaging may vary by product type. At this time, gift wrapping and gift messages are not available.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery—I’m happy to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item. I’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
