Ordering & Production

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 4–6 business days prior to shipping. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our items are made to order and enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or periods of high carrier volume.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Will my items ship together?
We work with multiple trusted production partners, so items in the same order may ship separately. If you purchase multiple products, you may receive more than one package.


Products & Customization

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Some products offer personalization options, which will be clearly noted on the product listing. If you have a special request, we’re happy to see if we can help.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the photos?
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the weaving or printing process. We carefully design each piece to ensure the final product closely reflects the images shown.

Where are your products made and shipped from?
We work with professional production partners to ensure quality and consistency. Some product blanks—such as canvas tote bags (made in Pakistan) and glass ornaments (sourced from China)—are imported before being printed and fulfilled in the United States.
All woven blankets are both woven and shipped within the United States.

How are items packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Items are professionally packaged and shipped from our trusted production partners. Packaging may vary by item type. At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
